If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work at Buy Fast Sale.
30-day returns
You can return most physical items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in the original packaging and include all parts and paperwork.
Items we can't take back
- eGift cards and virtual gift cards
- Software subscriptions and activation codes once delivered
- Opened supplements, skin care, eye patches and other personal care products
- Opened pet wipes and used grooming tools, brushes and nail clippers
- Worn shoes
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping, and we cover the return. If a digital code doesn't work, contact us right away and we'll sort it out with the supplier.
How to start a return
- Email support@buyfastsale.com or call +1 830-990-8265 with your order number (it starts with BFS-) and the items you want to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the items securely and ship them with tracking.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Refunds
We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Refunds reflect any promo code discount. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or check.
Exchanges
Need a different item? Mention it when you start your return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.
